Sam Glass and Greg Scott came out this afternoon to fix our fireplace and were really wonderful! We hadn't used the fireplace since moving in, so they had to replace the burning embers, fix the logs, and start the pilot. They did it quickly and efficiently, and then took the time to teach both of us how to lite the pilot ourselves. They also took the time to help us with our gas stove, which broke this morning (fortuitous timing!). 10/10 would recommend.

We smelled a oder when we were outside pulling weeds near the gas line. We checked on line and it said to call right away. We called Tiger Fuel and minutes later she called us and told us to cut the gas off. She called back and said a technician would be here by 5:00. Greg Scott came and said we did have a small leak. He did said we would get a smell from the gas line coming out the side of the house when it is running. He changed the equipment at house and at the tank. We were pleased with Greg's work. Greg was absolutely amazing. I bought my new stove in February and it has been making a very loud noise from the oven. I had gone back to the store I purchased it from. Had GE come out then had Tiger Fuel come out with two other guys who didn’t figure it out. I was told to call another repair appliance in Charlottesville, but decided I’d already spent so much money. I went back to GE. They gave me the answer and said to call Tiger again. When Greg came out, he assured me he would get it fixed he had been in the business for over 26 years. I can’t say how much I appreciated the extra steps he took to find and fix the problem I highly highly highly recommend him.

We called Tiger because our gas fireplace wouldn’t start. Greg Scott solved the problem and got us up and running quickly! It turned out that some batteries needed to be replaced that were back behind the logs. It’s too bad that we were never told about that when it was installed.

We had a small gas leak and they sent an employee (Greg Scott) out immediately. He found a number of things wrong with the system plus rebuilt an important valve connection and unclogged a couple of exhaust ports. Excellent work and very clearly explained what was done and why. He also had a nice friendly manner about him that made him easy to talk to.

Service man Greg Scott to inspect slight smell of propane. Found connection loose on regulator and replaced regulator which had been on the tank since 1997. He also pressurized the line and found a small leak at the connection to my heater. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Extremely nice to talk to

Tiger Fuel recently replaced a defective, old gas pressure regulator that feeds my propane generator. The office kept me posted about the technician's estimated arrival time which was spot on. The Technician quickly verified that the old regulator was defective, he promptly replaced it, tested it for leaks, and explained its operation to me. He was most competent and so polite. I have been a Tiger Fuel customer for 11 years and their excellent service, both fuel delivery and repairs, is the reason I am sticking with Tiger.

This is my favorite touchess/drive thru car wash. Very affordable. I’m so glad they finally opened after two years of renovations and the weight was worth it. The vibrant LED lights make the experience even more enjoyable—my son loves it! The vacuums are definitely my favorite part. They have powerful suction and they have two vacuums, one comes with a long attachment that easily reaches under the seats. Plus, they have an air compressor is perfect for blowing out debris from those hard-to-reach spots before you vacuum. I genuinely love this place!

Greg Scott did an outstanding job for us last week. We’d had one plumber try to replace a small part on our propane water (tank) heater system, and his fix did not work. He had said there was a very slight gas leak but that he had made it safe temporarily. He then said we needed a new water heater, to the tune of $2500 for the job. A second plumber gave a similar but slightly lower estimate. When we checked in with Tiger Fuel about the situation, thinking that these estimates sounded high and mentioned the “slight leak,” Alexandra at the office swung into action and got Greg out to check on it quickly, safety concerns in mind. Greg examined the situation and diagnosed that we needed a small brass fitting to attach something that had come loose. He happened to have one in his truck, attached it, checked for leaks, and said that there was no need for a new water heater and that we would have hot water back in about half an hour. We are over the moon with the whole Tiger Fuel team, especially Greg. Thank you for saving the day!😃👏🎆

Had HORRIBLE experiences with AmeriGas. Within two weeks TigerFuel had switched out our propane tank and filled it, during likely their busiest season. A month and a half with AmeriGas and we had never been able to speak with anyone that could help us. Sent a form on TigerFuel’s website after hours on a Friday and had a response before noon the following Monday. Wish we had made the switch years ago!!

Greg and Austin did a fantastic job servicing our gas fireplace. Our unit was 13 years old and they completed a 10 point inspection/ cleaning checklist in a conscientious manner. They arrived on time and were courteous professionals during their work! I highly recommend them.

We have been buying propane from Tiger Fuel for many years. Yesterday my husband discovered we were almost out and he was going to be traveling and didn’t want me to be without heat . So he called to place an order and was told about 9 days. But we could pay for an emergency delivery. I would like to say that I think $250.00 is a way over the top fee and has left me feeling sick. The truck delivered the fuel within the hour and it took them a total of 5 minutes. So $250 for five minutes and the truck was in the neighborhood. We have to be very careful with spending money to the point we can’t fill the tank completely. An extra $250 is huge for us. Otherwise I think the folks at Tiger fuel are friendly and nice but this leaves a bad taste and hurts us financially. FOLLOW UP!! I am now giving a five star review instead of two based on Tiger Fuels response. As shown below Tiger Fuel took the time to read and respond to my review. I am very impressed and very, very appreciative! It’s not just the money part, it is the fact that they have responded and done so in such a helpful manner. Such as giving us some ideas for the future and a contact person. Thank you Tiger Fuel!!!! ANOTHER FOLLOW UP FOR TIGER When should I expect to see the $250 refund???? HELLO!! Please let me know when I can expect the reversal of the fee?????

I've been a Tiger customer for years and, although I don't have a lot of choice since they own my buried LP tank(s), I have never felt like a captive lol. They provide excellent, local, customer service from the folks who answer to the phone to the field sales and service technicians. I've always had a great experiences with them whether it's been relocating lines or installing new equipment. I'm also cheap so I keep an eye on gas prices. There have been a few times I've called for an off-cycle tank fill when prices are lower and they have always accommodated me. Just stellar service!

Just bought this home and it came with a gas fireplace. Had Greg Scott of Tiger service it this morning. A gas fireplace is new to me. He gave it a good cleaning. But, more importantly, he gave me a lesson on how I could use this gas fireplace, and taught me about its features and the safety built into it. We had Greg come to service our gas log set today. They had not been used in years (we just purchased the home in July). He did a fantastic job cleaning it from top to bottom! We've been Tiger Fuel customers for more than 23 years, and we have never been as pleased with a provider. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with and our delivery driver, Charles, is a delight. He's always upbeat and personable, even when we've needed emergency deliveries on holidays. The icing on the cake, though, was when we received a mailer on all the discounts Tiger offers. I called the office and Tina said they realized not everyone knew about the deals, hence the mailer. She added our info and we qualified for two additional discounts. Every business likes to wave the "we care about our customers" banner, but Tiger actually does. Consider us customers for life!

We had some work being done on our property and someone digging a trench for an electric line cut our gas line from our in-ground tank to the house. I called Tiger Fuel and they stated that they would have someone out by late afternoon or early evening to fix it. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and stated she would make sure someone would be out that day to repair it. Greg Scott was the tech who came out to repair it. He took a look at the problem and stated it would be about an hour for him to get it patched. An hour later, we had our heat, hot water and stove back in business. I’m a very happy customer.

Greg Scott was personable, flexible and considerate. He did a great job installing our quick disconnect for our generator! He also found a small leak in our system. My gas fireplace pilot would not stay lit. After rescheduling for a service call Greg Scott and Brett Ralls noticed the pilot light was clogged. I didn’t need a new part after all! After a thorough cleaning my fireplace is working great!

We had Tiger come out to service our fireplaces and it was an absolute pleasure. These are somewhat older Eiklor gas logs and our technician (Greg Scott) was very knowledgeable and managed to get all four running perfectly, including the installation of a remote control — in less than two hours. Extremely impressive. He also did some troubleshooting with the gas furnace stacks while there and ensured that we were fully functional going forward.

On 9/20/2022 Greg Scott from Tiger Fuel checked our Gas Fireplace in response to some issues we had with its operation. He thoroughly checked every aspect of the fireplace operation for any problems or issues. He was able to explain and fix a problem we had experienced during the past winter when we lost power. Greg & John were great! Our tankless water heater was not properly programmed when the house was built. They reprogrammed it, offering choices in the setup while explaining how it works and why so setups may be good for certain conditions. Excellent customer service and great communication skills!

Tiger Fuel came to our home to check for a gas leak. The technician Greg Scott was extremely professional and thorough. He found our leak, isolated it and set up a time for follow up repairs. He was so good I hope he returns for the repairs!!
