The safety and security of our employees, customers and community is our top priority. 

We are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on the communities we serve. We are following CDC guidelines and doing our part to help mitigate the spread. 


Our Team

We have implemented necessary precautions to protect our employees and in turn, our valued customers. These precautions include communicating best practices with our employees regarding hand washing, maintaining good health and staying home if they are ill or someone in their family is sick. Per CDC recommendations, we are asking employees who have traveled or who have a family member returning from an area of the world to self-quarantine for 14 days. In an effort to protect our team that may need to access customer homes, we will make additional inquiries prior to entering the home, based on guidance from local health authorities. Hand washing stations are installed outside of our plants and we are consistently sanitizing all equipment. Drivers and service team members who do need to enter homes are being asked to keep a safe distance, limit contact and wear protective gloves and masks.


Our Commitment to Our Customers

We remain committed to providing exceptional customers service, despite a modified method of interaction as a result of adhering to CDC guidelines of “social distancing”. Standard propane deliveries will continue as usual. You may manage your account or order fuel online. You can also contact our team, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 434-293-6157.
